Ex-LandAmerica Executives Select RamQuest

OFTA, LLC consists of former LandAmerica executives who purchased LandAmerica’s direct operations in Western Michigan earlier this year.

As part of that purchase agreement and to ensure a seamless transition from direct operation to independent agent, OFTA partners decided to continue operating through the end of the year using the very limited, LandAmerica specific version of RamQuest’s production solution that they had used as a direct operation. OFTA prides their company as being an innovator in the Western Michigan market and soon after becoming an independent agent began an evaluation process for a new title production solution.
